E-mailing Projects
You can share your finished projects
in an e-mail with your friends, family, co-workers, or anyone else
you'd like. There are two ways your project file can be
shared; as a PSproj file, which is a editable The Print Shop
Project, or as a JPEG, which is an image file.
Sending a PSproj file via E-mail
You can send your project to someone
so that they can edit it and print it if have The Print Shop
3.0 installed. To send a file do the following:
- Click on the Sharing Tab.
- Click on the Share by E-mail Button.
- Choose your e-mail provider from the dropdown menu.
- In the What to share drop down choose The Project File.
- Enter your E-mail Address and Password.
- Enter the recipient's e-mail address in the "To:" Field.
- Edit the Subject and the Message Text, if necessary.
- Click on the Share Button.
- The program will save your project and send it in an e-mail to
your recipient.
- You will get a confirmation box when the project has been
successfully shared.
- Click OK to close the box.
Sending a JPEG image of your Project via E-Mail
You can send your project as a JPEG,
so that anyone can open, print, and forward it. People who
receive your project as a JPEG will not need any special software
to open the project, however the project cannot be edited once it
is converted to a JPEG.
- Click on the Sharing Tab.
- Click on the Share by E-mail Button.
- Choose your e-mail provider from the dropdown menu.
- In the What to share Dropdown choose An Image of the
Project.
- Enter your E-mail Address and Password.
Note: Your Password information is not and cannot be stored
by the program.
- Enter the recipient's e-mail address in the "To:" Field.
- Edit the Subject and the Message Text, if necessary.
- Click on the Share Button.
- Choose the quality of the image you want to send.
- The program will save your project and send it in an email to
your recipient.
- You will get a confirmation box when the project has been
successfully shared.
- Click OK to close the box.
