Whichever option you choose, it is
important to come prepared with the following information:
- Type of computer you are using, including: amount of Ram, CPU
speed, and video card model.
- A description of the problem, including any error
messages.
- A list of steps which lead to the problem.

unable to provide game play or "how-to" support on the products
that we distribute. Our technical support is limited to
ensuring that your software runs on your computer as
designed. This user guide has been written in a way that will
hopefully cover all of the features of the product. If you
find yourself stuck at a point where you need additional help with
