The Print Shop 4.0 User Guide

Printing your Finished Project
After you create and save a project,
you can print it. There are a few things you may want to do
before you print, so it comes out looking great on the first
try.
Preview Your Project
Previewing your Project before you
Print:
- Click on the Home Tab.
- Click on the Print Preview Button.
- Once you're inside Print Preview you can zoom into parts of
your project to see how they look before you Print.
Print Your Standard and Oversized Projects
When you're ready to print do the
following:
- Click on the Home Tab.
- Click on the Print Button.
- Choose a Printer from The Drop Down Menu.
- Choose your Paper Size from the drop down.
Note: If you need to go back and change to a different Avery
Template follow the instructions here.
- Choose the orientation of your project.
- Choose the Page Range.
Note: If you want your project to be double-sided check the box
for double sided printing wizard. The Wizard will prompt you
when a page is finished printing to flip the paper over and
reinsert it into your printer.
- Click Print.
When you're ready to print an
oversized project, like a banner for example, do the
following:
- Click on the Home Tab.
- Click on the Print Button.
- Choose a Printer from The Drop Down Menu.
- Choose your Paper Size from the drop down (default is
"Letter")
- Choose the orientation of your project (default is
"Landscape")
- Choose the Page and Print Range (default is "All
Pages")
- You can adjust the output size of your project by clicking on
Output Size. Your project can be adjusted by percentage scaling,
page width/height and absolute print size (in inches).
- Click Print.
- A pagination option box will appear. Unless your printer can
print oversized projects on one sheet, use the default setting "Let
The Print Shop segment the print job into mutliple pages". The
Print Shop will by default print your oversized project out in
multiple sheets depending on your choice of paper size.
- Once you have selected "Ok", The Print Shop will send your
oversized project to your printer for printing.
Note: For Borderless Printing
you must set this up in your Printer settings. To do this go
to your Control Panel and double click on your printer. Then
select the option for Borderless Printing. If you cannot find
the option for it please contact your printer manufacturer or
consult your user manual.
