Mother's Day is coming up and The
Print Shop 3.5 can help you make a really special card.
Follow these instructions for an easy to design and print card.

Download this Mother's Day card
template for 8.5 x 11 card stock.

You can print it as is, but let's make
it extra special with a little editing, starting with the
text. I changed the font to 'Regency Bold'. The brown
rectangle can be replaced with a ribbon. You can find it in
the ClipArt gallery, keywords: Dijon (Dijon 2.jpg).

To really make this a card your mother
will treasure, add a personal photo. It can be a recent one
or perhaps you can find a photo of your mother with you as a
baby. Scan and import it to this project. I added a
shadow and used the arrange tools to "tuck" the photo under the
ribbon.

Leave the inside blank.
Print. Fold the card in half, then trim off the white edges
for a full-bleed look. Handwrite a heart-felt sentiment on
the inside. Moms love that kind of thing!
