Previewing your Project before you Print:

  1. Click on the Home Tab.
  2. Click on the Print Preview Button.
  3. Once you're inside Print Preview you can zoom into parts of your project to see how they look before you Print.

When you're ready to print do the following:

  1. Click on the Home Tab.
  2. Click on the Print Button.
  3. Choose a Printer from The Drop Down Menu.
  4. Choose your Paper Size from the drop down.
Note: If you need to go back and change to a different Avery Template follow the instructions here.
  5. Choose the orientation of your project.
  6. Choose the Page Range.
Note: If you want your project to be double-sided check the box for double sided printing wizard.  The Wizard will prompt you when a page is finished printing to flip the paper over and reinsert it into your printer.
  7. Click Print.

When you're ready to print an oversized project, like a banner for example, do the following:

  4. Choose your Paper Size from the drop down (default is "Letter")

  7. You can adjust the output size of your project by clicking on Output Size. Your project can be adjusted by percentage scaling, page width/height and absolute print size (in inches).
  8. Click Print.
  9. A pagination option box will appear. Unless your printer can print oversized projects on one sheet, use the default setting "Let The Print Shop segment the print job into mutliple pages". The Print Shop will by default print your oversized project out in multiple sheets depending on your choice of paper size.
  10. Once you have selected "Ok", The Print Shop will send your oversized project to your printer for printing.

Note:  For Borderless Printing you must set this up in your Printer settings.  To do this go to your Control Panel and double click on your printer.  Then select the option for Borderless Printing.  If you cannot find the option for it please contact your printer manufacturer or consult your user manual.
