If you purchased this product from Broderbund directly or from a retail store Technical Support is available for you.  Either by visiting our website at http://support.encore.com, e-mailing us, or calling us and speaking to one of our support representatives.

Whichever option you choose, it is important to come prepared with the following information:

  • Type of computer you are using, including: amount of Ram, CPU speed, and video card model.
  • A description of the problem, including any error messages.
  • A list of steps which lead to the problem.

If you are unable to resolve your issue using the knowledge base articles, you may contact us through e-mail via our web form support section by clicking on the link to "Submit an Online Support Request."

Unfortunately our technicians are unable to provide game play or "how-to" support on the products that we distribute.  Our technical support is limited to ensuring that your software runs on your computer as designed.  This user guide has been written in a way that will hopefully cover all of the features of the product.  If you find yourself stuck at a point where you need additional help with using the product that this manual does not cover we recommend you check out our user community forum at http://forums.encoreusa.com more information about this user community can be found here.
